To enhance customer support, we’re thrilled to introduce ティム, our new AI-powered chatbot available in the Help Center. Tim is designed to help you get the answers you need instantly.

This redesigned tab offers information on when users became members and their last login. Further, giving organizers valuable data to track and analyze engagement over time. Now you can also click on a specific submitter to see the pop up card with their information.
2.3 Contacts Management: Custom Fields at Checkout
We’ve enhanced the flexibility of our custom field functionality by including it in the checkout form. Now, organizers can collect specific information from ticket purchasers at the point of purchase. Unlike order-level or ticket-level fields, this feature links custom fields directly to the purchaser’s profile. As a result, it facilitates more personalized interactions and ensures a seamless data collection process.
To activate these fields, navigate to Contacts in the main menu, then select Settings followed by Custom Fields. Create the desired custom field and check the option “Show in Ticketing Checkout.” This enables the custom field to appear during the checkout process. Therefore, giving organizers a powerful tool to gather additional information specific to each purchaser.
