At Timely, we are constantly improving our event management software solutions. In this post, you will learn about our product update posted on March 1, 2022, which includes improvements on scheduling event publications, Swedish language for the calendar public interface, and a new calendar view: the Modern List View.

1. Scheduling Event Publications

Aside from creating and publishing event posts, now you can also schedule their publication. This new functionality allows you to plan the promotion of your events ahead of time. You just need to set up the date and time for the publication, and rest. Timely will publish your event at the scheduled time.

Scheduling event posts is so easy! When creating the event page, select your preferred date and time under the Schedule Publication option, then click the Save as draft button to schedule the event. All the scheduled events can be found on the drafts tab.

2. Calendar Public View now in Swedish!

Now you can select Swedish as a language for the Public View of your Timely event management software and calendar. You can change the calendar language by going to Settings>Calendar Language>Swedish.

3. New Calendar View: Modern List View

We've just released a new calendar view for those clients who want to display events on a list giving more emphasis to the event's image, title and description than the event date and time. The new view has a clean and modern design, and is fully customizable.
