
This month, we’re introducing new features and improvements designed to simplify admin tasks and deliver smoother member experiences. A highlight of the October 2025 product update is AI-powered guidance, now built directly into your Timely dashboard. Explore this article to discover how Timely can make your work easier than ever.
Here’s what’s new:
- Customizable Membership Email Notifications – add your branding, tailor messages, and include relevant details to create a more consistent member experience.
- Membership Orders Tab – A centralized view for admins to track and manage all membership purchases in one place.
- Lifetime Membership Plans – Offer memberships that never expire, adding flexibility and long-term value for your members.
- Tim AI Chatbot in Dashboard – Get real-time, interactive assistance without interrupting your workflow.
- Tina AI Agent on My Plan – Smarter, in-context support to guide sales conversations and simplify upgrades.
1. Membership Customizable Email Notifications
You can now personalize both the email notification and the attached PDF document sent when a membership plan is purchased. Add your branding, include tailored instructions, and adjust the message to better fit your organization.
This ensures members receive communications that are clear, consistent, and professional.
To try it:
- Go to Membership > Templates.
- Edit the email template, then save.

2. Membership Orders Tab
We’ve added a new Orders tab in the Membership module. This section gives administrators a complete view of all membership purchases.
It streamlines management by putting purchase details, such as buyer, plan type, and date, all in one place.

3. New Lifetime Membership Plans
A new plan duration option is now available: Lifetime. These memberships do not expire, making them ideal for founders, honorary members, or long-term supporters.
To create one:
- Go to Membership, then click on the Green + button
- Set your plan information and choose Lifetime as the duration option.
- Save the plan. and start enrolling members on the Contacts menu.

4. New Dashboard AI Agents for Support and Sales: Meet Tim & Tina
Two new AI assistants are built right into your dashboard to make everyday tasks faster and easier.
- Tim the Chatbot – Your in-dashboard help center. Ask software questions and get instant answers without leaving your workflow.

- Tina the Sales Guide – is now available on the My Plan page. She guides you through sales and upgrade decisions, helping you find the right plan and features for your needs.
