
This month, we’re giving you more flexibility, control, and time-saving tools across memberships, point-of-sale, community submissions, and user management. From selling plans directly on your website to applying member perks at POS checkout, our September 2025 product update is all about simplifying your workflow and delivering a smoother experience for your community.
Here’s what’s new:
- Sell Membership Plans on Your Website – Embed and sell plans on your site.
- Point of Sales supports Member Benefits – Apply member pricing and promo codes at the POS checkout.
- Delete Submitters in Bulk – Save time cleaning up inactive or test submitter accounts.
- New System Users Page Layout – Scan and manage users faster with a cleaner layout and individual user profiles.
1. Membership: Display and Sell Plans on Your Website
You can now showcase your membership catalog right on your site, so visitors can browse, compare, and buy plans without leaving your domain. Keeping the entire flow on your website.

2. Ticketing: Point Of Sale Now Supports Member Benefits
The Point of Sale now recognizes a purchaser’s active membership and applies the right perks automatically, like member pricing or member specific promo codes, so your front-desk sales are faster and more accurate. To try it:
- Go to Ticketing/RSVP > Point of Sales and start a new order.
- Select an Event and add the member customer’s email.
- Select the ticket and quantity.
- Confirm that member pricing or promo codes are applied, then complete checkout.

3. Community Events: Delete Submitters in Bulk
Manage community events more efficiently by removing multiple submitters in one action. It’s perfect for test accounts or contacts that are no longer active.
To get started:
- Go to Community Events > Submitters.
- Select the submitters you want to remove, or select all.
- Open Bulk actions and choose Delete permanently.
- Confirm the deletion.

4. My Account: New System Users Layout and Profile
We’ve refreshed the Users page so you can scan names, emails, and roles more easily. A streamlined layout and quick filter make admin tasks faster. Also, now each individual user has their profile page, where permissions and adjustments can be set.
To see it in action:
- Open My Account > Users.
- Use the filter to narrow by role or search by name/email.
- Add or edit a user as needed.

4. Click on a specific user to open their profile and access individual permissions.
