1. Expanded Reports: RSVPs, Tickets and Event Fees
The Reports module now includes three powerful new reports: Tickets, RSVP, and Event Fees. These reports are easily accessible through a redesigned, user-friendly menu and allow you to apply custom filters and export tailored datasets.This update streamlines your reporting process, providing greater clarity and empowering you to make more informed decisions based on customized data insights.
Access the Reports module from your Timely dashboard, navigate to the new Tickets, RSVP, and Event Fees tabs, apply your desired filters, and export your data.
2. New POS Integration with Square
Our Point of Sale system now supports Square, in addition to Stripe. This integration allows you to sell paid tickets directly from your Timely dashboard without needing to switch to the public view. Whether selling tickets at the venue or managing registrations remotely, this new workflow ensures a faster and more intuitive sales process.

3. New Venue Booking Option: Single Event Charge
Timely now offers a straightforward, one-time flat fee option for space reservations, regardless of the event’s duration. Previously, bookings allowed only for hourly or daily calculations. Now, you can also choose a simpler pricing structure. Therefore, making space management more efficient and easier for both administrators and customers.
