- Template suggestions: Get started with a pre-written template filled with relevant placeholders to plug your event details.
- AI-powered writing: Fill in the template and let the AI Assistant do the heavy lifting, generating a unique and compelling description for your event.
- Editing and customization: Refine the AI-generated description to your liking, ensuring it perfectly captures the essence of your event.
- Usage tracking and feedback: Stay informed about your monthly request limit and provide valuable feedback to help us improve the AI Assistant.
Currently, this feature is in beta phase and available on the plans below with usage limits varying by tier:
- Starter: 10 Requests/month
- Growth: 30 Requests/month
- Professional: 50 Requests/month
- Enterprise: 50 Requests/month
2. Venue Management System Updates
Timely's Venue Management System continues to evolve, offering improved space management functionalities:
- Publish/Save as Draft a Space: Manage your space visibility with greater control.
- Additional Space Views Embed Options: Install the desired space view for individual spaces or all your bookable spaces.
- Improved Space Reservation Flow: Book spaces seamlessly with a streamlined reservation process.
- Updated Space Views Name: Enhanced clarity and navigation with a more descriptive name for space views.
- Hover Behavior Optimization: Focus on what matters most with reduced hover distractions.
- Accessibility: Improvements to the space views and space details making them accessible via screen readers and keyboard navigation.
3. New Event Changes Notification for Admin Users
Timely account admin users can now be notified about all event creation and editions made by other users. This means that every time any system user creates or updates an event, the admin user will receive an automated email from us.
