This month, we’re giving you more flexibility, control, and time-saving tools to elevate your event and space booking experience. From automating post-event communication to making on-site check-ins smoother and faster, our July 2025 product update is all about simplifying your workflow and delivering more value to your attendees.

Here’s what’s new:

  • Post-Event Notifications – Keep attendees engaged even after your event ends.
  • Flexible Booking Intervals for Space Bookings – Offer tailored pricing for space reservations using variable time blocks.
  • Bulk Ticket Cancellation – Save time managing last-minute changes.
  • Larger QR Codes on Tickets – Speed up check-ins with improved scannability.

1. Post-Event Notifications: Effortless Follow-Ups after Every Event

You can now schedule personalized emails to be sent automatically to registered attendees once your event ends. Post-event notifications are ideal for sending thank-you messages, sharing participation certificates, or requesting feedback.

To get started, create a custom email template for your post-event notification. If desired, you can also attach a PDF, such as a personalized certificate of participation or any other document you’d like to share with attendees.

Once your custom notification is ready, set it up in the event editor:

  1. Open the event you want to edit.
  2. Click the Cost & Tickets tab on the left sidebar.
  3. Scroll down to the Ticket Blocks section.
  4. Under each block, you’ll find the After Event Notifications option.
  5. Select your custom post-event email from the dropdown.
  6. Click Save to apply your changes.

You can also create multiple custom notifications tailored to different ticket types or schedule several follow-up messages on various dates. This flexibility allows you to re-engage attendees, collect feedback, and encourage future registrations.

For example, you might send a thank-you email immediately after the event, followed by a feedback survey two days later. These touchpoints help reinforce your brand, strengthen audience relationships, and provide valuable insights to improve your future events.

2. Flexible Time-Based Pricing for Space and Resource Bookings

We’re excited to announce a significant enhancement to how you price space and resource reservations. Previously, you could only set pricing in fixed increments, for example, per half hour, per hour, per day, or per event.

With this update, you can now define pricing using variable time blocks, giving you far greater flexibility and control. Whether you want to bill every 15 minutes, every 2 hours, every 3 hours, or maintain daily or per-event pricing, you can easily adapt rates to suit your customers’ needs.

This improvement allows you to offer more precise, customized pricing options while preserving the ability to charge per event. It empowers your venue to meet diverse booking patterns and maximize revenue opportunities, all with a simple, streamlined setup.

3. Bulk Ticket Cancellation: Streamlined Management

Manage order changes more efficiently by cancelling multiple tickets, RSVPs, or entire orders in one action. Instead of voiding items one by one, simply select as many as you need on the Orders, Tickets, or RSVP page, choose Bulk Actions, Cancel, and confirm. 

This batch process saves significant admin time and keeps your reporting clean.

4. Larger QR Codes on Tickets: Faster, Smoother Check-Ins

We’ve increased the default size of QR codes on ticket and RSVP PDFs to improve scannability and speed up entry. This adjustment ensures attendees can easily access the information contained within the code. 

Furthermore, if you require an even larger QR code for better visibility, you can enlarge the QR code directly in the Ticketing PDF Templates, which apply to both ticket and RSVP formats. This way, you can customize the appearance according to your specific needs.
