ROOM BOOKING CALENDAR

Find, request and book a room online. Learn how to book conference rooms, meeting rooms and classrooms. Understand the technical support options that are available to you.

To reserve your preferred space, create a free account on our booking platform and submit event details via the assigned form, including date, time, and purpose. You'll receive a confirmation email from the Office of Campus Event Services with all the necessary information for your reservation.

Note that University Faculty, Staff, and Students can request rooms for free, while external organizations require a $10 space booking fee for their requests.
