Our June 4, 2024 product update introduces a range of new features and improvements that are designed to enhance your event planning and execution experience. 1. Multiple Choice Drop Down Menu
Our custom field dropdown menus now support multiple choice answers, allowing you to configure a range of options, a specific number, or unlimited options,—up to 20 items per dropdown. This enhancement is available across the Event, Tickets, and Community Events modules, providing you with greater flexibility and customization for your event forms.
2. Bulk Manual Notifications for Community Events
We've introduced the ability to send manual notifications in bulk within the Community Events module. This new feature allows calendar owners to efficiently communicate updates or changes to multiple submitters at once, saving time and improving communication efficiency.
3. Users Update: Author and Editor
Previously, only users with Admin roles could approve RSVP booking requests. Now, Editors and Authors can also manage and approve these requests, reducing the burden on Admins and streamlining the approval process.
4. Custom Toolbar Language Options
Now you are able to select specific languages for the public view toolbar. This setting makes it easier to toggle the visibility of languages, providing a more personalized experience for your audience.
5. Featured Events Displayed at the Top
Now you can select specific featured events to be displayed at the top of your calendar. This ensures that important events get the visibility they deserve, regardless of chronological order.
6. Improved QR Code Report
The QR Code report now includes columns for the total number of tickets and the number of tickets sold. This improvement simplifies data analysis and helps you make informed decisions about your event management.
7. Alphabetical Calendar Sorting
To improve navigation, the list of calendars in the Dashboard is now sorted alphabetically. This change makes it easier for clients with multiple calendars under their account to locate specific calendars by title, enhancing overall user experience.
8. Venue Management Software Updates
8.1 Multiple Space Booking
You can now reserve multiple spaces within the same free booking. This update offers greater flexibility, accommodating not only single space bookings, but also combo rooms and entire venue bookings. While currently available only for unpaid spaces, we plan to extend this feature to include paid spaces in the future.
8.2 Space and Venue Information in Tabs
We have included Space and Venue information in the Submitted Events and Orders tabs within the Community Events menu. This addition aids in the space booking approval process by providing clear visibility of booking details.
