A user refers to an individual with access to your Timely platform. There are different categories of users, such as administrators, editors, authors, attendants and submitters. Please refer to our Terms of Service for additional information.
User licenses are designed for single-person use only. If two people attempt to login using a shared user license (e.g. same email and password), the current user’s access will be terminated. Moreover, sharing licenses hampers the secure management and tracking of individuals with access and any modifications made to the information (including Personal Information) stored within Timely.
Timely software is built around the concept of calendars. Calendars in Timely are used to showcase one or multiple events.
Most subscription plans only include one calendar per account. However, our software has features that allow you to manage multiple calendars within the same account, providing a centralized platform for all your calendaring needs. Please contact us to learn more about this option.
A domain name serves as the identifier of an IP address that directs one to a website on the internet, recognizable as the unique web address that begins with "www.".
While most subscription plans offer only one domain per calendar, we offer personalized plans with multiple domains embedded options to accommodate your needs. To explore this opportunity further, please contact us.
An event refers to any happening, occasion or activity created within a Timely calendar. For more details, please consult our Terms of Service.
Most subscription plans include a limited number of events per calendar. However, if you have specific needs, we can create a personalized plan offering unlimited events. To obtain additional information, please contact us.
Yes. We offer no-cost versions of Timely Event and Training Management Software Solutions. These include a basic event calendar, along with booking capabilities. The calendar is completely free to use. However, if you decide to utilize our booking system, there will be a usage-based fee. Therefore, we require a credit card to open an account for you. At this time, the fee amounts to 2.5% plus USD 0.90 per registration or ticket sold. If you choose not to use our booking system, no charges will be imposed.
Please note that you will need a payment processor account to collect payments with Timely. Approved payment gateways include PayPal, Stripe, Square and Authorize.net.
In addition to our Free plans, we also offer in-app subscription plans purchase and Premium plans for our Event and Training Management Software Solutions. Our Venue Management Software solution is only offered under our Premium Plans. The subscription plans available for in-app purchases are standardized plans. Please create a free account to access all in-app subscription options. Premium plans are customized according to customers’ specific needs. Yes. You’ll have a grace period of 10 days for most plans before you decide if you want to subscribe. You can test all features before committing to a paid account or upgrade! Depending on the size and complexity of your project and implementation, we can offer you a guided free trial. Please contact us to learn more.
Please note that any information uploaded to your trial platform will be permanently deleted 30 days after your trial period ends and cannot be retrieved.
We accept online payments through all major credit card brands, such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Under special circumstances, we may accept checks and ACH payments. Please contact us to learn more.
Depending on your current platform there are multiple options available to import your data into Timely. For instance, you can automatically import all your event data using our Event Import tool, or import it via an ICS or CSV file. Please contact us to learn more.
You can upgrade your plan directly from your Timely account dashboard. However, for larger and complex projects, it’s advisable to contact us so that we can tailor a customized plan to your specific needs.
Timely offers a range of additional services based on the subscription plan chosen by you. While the Free plan only offers self-serve support via our Help Center and Video Tutorials, our Starter and Growth plans also offer ticket-based customer support. On the other hand, Premium plan customers have access to more comprehensive options. These may include priority customer support, software implementation, and onboarding and training.
