Our September 2024 Product Update introduces exciting new features and enhancements aimed at optimizing event and venue management. Highlights include the beta release of our contact management module, a new daily scheduling view, and advanced block availability options for more efficient space scheduling. 1. Event Management Software

1.1 New Contacts Management Module

We are excited to share with you the release of a beta version of our end-user management module. This module is designed to help you seamlessly gather and manage data from your event registrants. Ticket purchasers, whether for free or paid events, can now create personal accounts. As well as view their transaction history, and access their tickets with ease.

Also, all purchaser information is securely stored and easily accessible within your dashboard, providing you with deeper insights into your customer base.

The new Contacts Management Module is now available to all clients who have our Ticketing and Registration Module included in their plan or as an add-on. We encourage you to give it a try and experience its powerful features firsthand!

1.2 Make Sign-In Mandatory for Ticket Purchases and RSVPs 

With the release of the new Contacts Management module, a new setting allows calendar administrators to require sign-in for ticket purchases or RSVPs. Furthermore, this update provides enhanced user management and ensures that you have the necessary information for better event planning.

2. Venue Management Software

2.1 New Daily View for Space Scheduling 

Effortlessly manage your venue’s availability with our new daily view feature. This enhancement allows end-users to easily check in real-time the availability of spaces on a daily basis. Therefore, ensuring better planning and management.

2.2 Improved Block Out Date Options for Space Reservations

Our updated method for managing space availability provides a more robust solution for handling long-term space schedules. You can now mark spaces as unavailable on specific dates and times. As well as over a specified time range, starting from or ending on a particular date, or indefinitely. Further, this feature also allows you to conveniently apply block out dates to individual spaces or multiple spaces in bulk. Lastly, making the process more efficient and flexible.
