In this April 1, 2024 Product Update post, we are excited to announce several enhancements across various features. All thought out to streamline your event management processes and enhance communication options. Let's dive into the details:

1. Portuguese Language Improvements

Enjoy a more seamless experience with enhanced Portuguese translations in both PT-BR and PT-PT versions. From the Dashboard to the Public View, these updates ensure a smoother experience for Portuguese-speaking users.

2. Upcoming Events Filtering

Allow your audience to effortlessly filter events based on both date and time with our enhanced filtering feature. This new setting provides users with greater control over event visibility, ensuring a seamless event browsing experience for attendees.

3. Pass On Fee Automation for Paid Tickets

Maximize revenue opportunities with the "Pass on the fee" option enabled by default. However, if desired, Timely customers have the choice to absorb purchase fees instead of automatically passing them to attendees.

4. New Dropdown Custom Question Option

Experience greater flexibility and customization with our new dropdown custom question option. Users can now create dropdown lists of items and answer options to display on forms, enhancing data collection efficiency across Event Publishing, RSVP, Ticketing, Community Events, and Space Booking Forms.

5. Communication Control for Submitted Events

Gain greater control over communication preferences with the ability to enable/disable pre-designed email templates for submitted events in the Community Events module. 

6. New Invoice Template

Ensure clarity and accuracy in billing with a dedicated invoice template for event submissions and space bookings. This template, tailored specifically for community events, enhances the user experience by providing detailed and relevant order information.

7. Cancellation and Refund

Experience greater flexibility in managing orders related to event submissions and space bookings with the new cancellation and refund feature for Community Events. Users can now cancel or refund orders without impacting event publishing or space reservation statuses, enhancing operational efficiency.

8. New User Role for Venue Management

Introducing a specialized role for space reservation management – the Space Admin role. This role empowers users to oversee all aspects of space reservations, including request acceptance and approval, streamlining the reservation process.
